Brick Front Fence Rendered

Before we began, we prepared the fence surface by lightly grinding it. This step helps ensure a smooth and clean surface for the treatment process. The first coat of acrylic we applied is specifically formulated to cover painted surfaces and is known for its durability and strength. It creates a solid foundation for the subsequent layers of treatment.

Our process involved four stages to achieve the desired finish.
• Firstly, we applied an acrylic render essential coat tailored for painted surfaces, ensuring proper adhesion and coverage.
• Next, we added two coats of acrylic render with a high polymer float finish, enhancing the surface’s resilience and texture.
• Then, we applied a tex primer with colour addressing to prepare the surface for further final treatment.
• Finally, we applied the last coat, an external textured coating render called hydrotech flexible coat, Hi Elestomatic coat with colour added for a personalised touch.

This meticulous job was successfully completed in Carbinbah for a strata committee, ensuring the fence’s durability and aesthetic appeal.

“Great experience dealing with Joseph. He quoted the job and started within a week which was just what we needed. The job was completed as promised within 2 weeks. The quality was obvious from the preparation and care taken. It was simply no fuss, job done right to the requirements we needed and the finished result is something we had been dreaming of for years!”
